When manufacturing aluminum castings, we can offer you a wide range of materials and production technologies including machining.

Hand moulding

Casting into moulds using bentonite bonded mixtures

Moulding shop:

  • green casting using bentonite bonded mixtures; size of moulding frames depends on the casting size, up to 1500x1500x300 mm

Weight of manufactured castings:

  • from approx. 0,5 kg to approx. 600 kg

Machine moulding

Casting into moulds using bentonite bonded mixtures

Moulding shop:

  • two pairs of Foromat 20 moulding machines, size of flasks in use 350x450x100/120 mm, 400x450x100 mm, 500x500x120/120 mm, 400x600x120/120 mm

Weight of manufactured castings:

  • from approx. 0.05 kg to approx. 10 kg

Gravity die casting

Gravity die casting for all casting works

Smelting shop:

  • 10 electric resistance holding furnaces, approx. 250 kg of smelt/furnace

Mould stools:

  • 12 mould stools with hydraulic actuators

Weight of manufactured castings:

  • from approx. 0,20 kg to approx. 40 kg

Smelting shop (Morgan furnace):

  • four tilting gas furnaces with max. output 4 x 600 kg/hour
  • four tilting gas furnaces with max. output 4 x 750 kg/hour

Core shop:

  • hand moulding of cores (large ones – alphaset, small ones – acrylate)
  • 1 blower/2 litres, 1 blower/6 litres, 2/blowers 15 litres (carbon dioxide hardened acrylate)
  • Cold-Box core shooting machine Laempe 10 litres/one shot (amin)
